Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 424! Located in Waldorf, MD, we are part of the Zekiah District of the National Capital Area Council. Our meetings are held on Thursday nights from 7 - 8:30pm at Jenifer Elementary School in Waldorf (winter) or at Tilghman Lake in LaPlata (summer).

Troop 424 offers a wide range of exciting outdoor activities for boys ages 10-17 including rifle, archery, camping, hiking, and fishing, while reinforcing citizenship, family values, and building character. One of Troop 424’s strengths is that we are boy led, meaning that the Scouts create and run the scouting program.
